As the Account Executive for Encamp ...
You’ll be responsible for the success of our company by partnering closely with prospects to identify their needs in a consultative seller approach. This role is the core of our business and will drive results that will fuel our growth to continue expansion across all parts of the business. Encamp is a data driven, customer-focused sales organization, and you must have a proven track record of quota attainment and running a successful sales process from open to close.
By collaborating with the entire Revenue team - Your day-to-day will be spent building an effective sales pipeline, closing deals with the world’s top companies, and growing our client base to help achieve our company Revenue goals.
Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how Encamp can improve their business.
Provide a need assessment and ROI evaluation as part of the sales process.
Build a consistent pipeline of inbound, SDR generated, and self-sourced leads to develop relationships with potential buyers.
Manage your pipeline effectively to ensure accurate forecasting and deal velocity
Work closely with Encamp sales engineers (our EHS experts) to ensure the solution solves the customer’s needs and pains.
Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
Close business with new and existing customers at or above quota level
Experience working a consultative sales process from open to close
Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributor
Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate, and attention to detail
2-4 years of sales experience at a high performing sales organization
Proficiency with sales tools and CRM software

Experience with Salesforce
In-depth knowledge of a sales methodology such as Sandler, Challenger, or Miller Heiman
Past experience working remotely
Previously sold to companies with multiple stakeholders across procurement, legal, and IT is a major plus
