Who we’re looking for…
We’re expanding our Marketing team and are looking for a driven Product Marketing Manager to own our software marketing roadmap and grow revenue in accordance with company goals. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing our sales force with the information it requires to advance product sales, and be the champion for new product innovations. The successful candidate will also be charged with developing engaging marketing programs that will reach the target audience(s) and our current customer base.
As the Product Marketing Manager for Encamp ...
You will be responsible for owning the positioning, messaging, and branding of Encamp’s product; gathering and processing customer feedback, collaborating across departments, and managing customer relations after product launches. The Product Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in several areas, including:
Acquisition: Getting customers’ attention, making people aware that our product exists and peaking their interest with new developments. Engagement: Getting people involved in our ever-growing community of happy Encampers. Retention/Conversion: keeping customers happy or seeing opportunities for upsell.
Work closely with product development team to determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product
Develop product positioning that differentiates our solutions in the market and tailor messaging based on personas or verticals
Collaborate and communicate directly with executive leadership and sales teams to ensure our messaging and positioning resonate with prospects and customers
Lead the marketing team to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches
Create training materials and training programs for the outside sales team and documentation to support product development (Knowledge Base)
Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads
Supporting new product features/launches. This may include creating demos, social media content, email announcements, landing pages, knowledge base articles, chatbot messaging to assist in upsell/announcement opportunities
Work to gather testimonials and build out our presence on review sites (i.e., Capterra, G2, TrustRadius) to build reputation and showcase client satisfaction
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
5-8 years' product marketing experience
Proven history of creating effective marketing programs
Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market product plans, marketing strategy, sales training, and best practices

Experience working in HubSpot (email cadences, workflows, etc.).
Experience developing and tracking digital campaigns.
An eye for design aesthetics and brand consistency across channels
A strong ability to effectively prioritize and multitask on a daily basis.
