  • Texas led with 2,187 reports
  • Ohio followed with 1,649 reports
  • West Virginia with 903 reports
• A Record-Breaking Day:
  • On February 24, 2024, we witnessed over 2,000 reports filed through Encamp!

• Chemical and Portals:

  • 94,023 chemical reports were reported through Encamp
  • 9,098 pieces of compliance-related mail were sent, ensuring that physical LEPCs and Fire Departments have the information they need, when they need it

RCRA Hazardous Waste Reporting:

Reporting Year 2023 was truly special, as it marked the first year that we

• 757 RCRA hazardous waste bi/triennial, annual, and quarterly filings
• 37 million pounds of hazardous was reported

  • Together, we’ve successfully managed the payment of 4,267 fees, ensuring document retention, and organization.
• Time Saved:
  • Together, we’ve saved a total of 88,564 hours for our customers. This massive time savings means that teams were able to focus on what matters: ensuring the health and safety of their employees and communities.

Beyond these numbers, our partnership with you has contributed to significant environmental impacts. 

Encamp and One Tree Planted Initiative

Our partnership with One Tree Planted continues to be a cornerstone of our commitment to environmental sustainability. For every Tier II report processed through Encamp, a tree is planted, linking compliance with positive ecological action. This year, we are excited to announce that over 15,000 trees are being planted in national parks across the United States, with additional efforts focused on South America.

We have set an ambitious goal to plant 1,000,000 trees. As of now, we are proud to share that we have reached a milestone of over 75,000 trees planted. Each tree not only contributes to reforestation and habitat restoration but also symbolizes our collective commitment to the planet.

This initiative showcases how our technological solutions in compliance are intertwined with tangible actions for the environment, reinforcing the idea that what is good for business can also be good for the planet.
